The Nomura Trust & Banking Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire an unknown minority stake in Tokyo Lithmatic Corp. (JASDAQ: 7861) on January 27, 2012. Under the terms, The Nomura Trust & Banking will acquire 12,069 voting rights or 12.08% voting rights of TOKYO Lithmatic Corp. The transaction is expected to close on January 30, 2012.
