Jadroplov dd Split is a Croatia-based company principally engaged in the international maritime transport of goods with its own tramp ships, managing crews and technical maintenance of ships. It possesses six bulk carriers of a total deadweight tonnage 276,350 DWT: Sveti Dujam, Peristil, Trogir, Don Franje Bulic, Split and Mosor. The Company is also engaged in the travel agency activities nad provides training services for seafarers. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated 14 wholly owned subsidiaries, based in Liberia, Malta, Panama and Marshall Islands. The Company's parent entity was the Croatian Privatization Fund, holding a 70.42% stake in the capital.
