Jack in the Box is bringing a taste of California cool to its latest menu offering, partnering with rapper, songwriter, and longtime Jack in the Box fan Ice Cube to introduce a new iteration of the popular Munchie Meal, according to a press release.

"Not only is Cube a West Coast legend, he also grew up eating Jack in the Box and is a true fan of the brand," Ryan Ostrom, Jack in the Box CMO, said in the press release. "When we dream up our ideal partners, someone like Ice Cube is exactly who we hope for — unexpected and totally authentic. Between him telling us his favorite late night Jack eats from back in the day, and seeing him in the studio reliving the iconic Jack N The Box song, this has been an iconic pairing from the start."

Available nationwide now to July 14 at Jack in the Box locations, online at Jackinthebox.com, and on the Jack app, the Ice Cube Munchie Meal is designed to satisfy late-night cravings with a combination of fan favorites:

  • Chick-N-Tater Melt: A croissant sandwich featuring a fried chicken patty, shredded cheddar and Swiss cheeses, bacon, white cheddar sauce, ranch dressing and a hash brown patty.
  • Sides: One classic Jack Taco and seasoned curly fries.
  • Drink: Small Sprite.
  • Bonus: All Munchie Meal purchases come with a free Ice Cube emoji sticker.

The partnership extends beyond the meal itself. Ice Cube reunites with the Jack in the Box brand 16 years after his hit song "Jack N The Box." He's teaming up with the chain's legendary CEO and mascot, Jack Box, for a series of commercials that launched June 3rd, featuring Ice Cube's original song.

The Ice Cube Munchie Meal marks the latest chapter in the Munchie Meal legacy. Introduced in 2013, Munchie Meals offer unique and craveable menu items for late-night snacking, either solo or with friends. In 2023, Jack in the Box celebrated the Munchie Meal's 10th anniversary with the first-ever celebrity collaboration featuring Snoop Dogg.

For Ice Cube Munchie Meal, Jack in the Box is also bringing back a fan favorite by popular demand: the Chick-N-Tater Melt. Removed from the menu in April 2023, the sandwich's return has been heavily requested by customers on social media.

Jack in the Box operates approximately 2,200 restaurants across 22 states.
