J Trust Co., Ltd. (TSE:8508) won the bid to acquire 74.16% stake in AJU Capital Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A033660) from AJU Corporation Co., Ltd. on November 6, 2014. AJU Corporation selected J Trust as the priority bidder for the stake. Citigroup Global Markets Korea Securities Limited acted as the financial advisor for AJU Corporation.
