Faith Inc. (TSE:4295) signed the share transfer agreement to acquire Entermedia, Inc. from J-Stream Inc. (TSE:4308) for ¥42.3 million on February 12, 2013. Faith Inc. is acquiring 21650 shares of Entermedia, Inc. representing 100% stake. The consideration will be funded from internally generated funds. For the period ending March 2012, Entermedia, Inc. reported total assets of ¥119 million, net assets of ¥26 million, sales of ¥458 million, operating profit of ¥15 million and net profit of ¥14 million. The transaction is expected to close by April 1, 2013.
