Sena J Property Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to notify the resolutions of the Board of Directors Meeting No. 6/2022 held on August 9, 2022, it was resolved to approve the Company to receive financial assistance from Sena Development Public Company Limited ("SENA") which is a connected person and is a major shareholder of the Company with the objective to repay the debentures of Company amount 232,400,000 baht with details of the transaction as follows:

3. General Explanation regarding Nature of the Connected Transaction
