Izhorskiye Zavody PAO (Izhorskiye Zavody OJSC) is a Russia-based company, which is involved in the machine building sector. The Company manufactures metallurgical semi-finished products made of steel, equipment for nuclear power engineering and petrochemical industry. The Company's products portfolio consists of reactor equipment for VVER-440 and VVER-1000, a wide spectrum of pressure vessels for oil refinery, petrochemical, chemical and gas processing, as well as metallurgical products, such as: heat-resistant, highly alloyed steels, among others. Izhorskiye zavody OAO also provides spare parts. The Company is a part of OMZ Group and has several subsidiaries. Izhorskiye zavody OAO is active domestically, as well as export products abroad to India, Iran, China, among others. As of June 30, 2014, the Company's major shareholder was Ob?yedinennye mashinostroitel?nye zavody OAO.
