Cloud Magic Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire an additional 4.5% stake in YD Online Corp. (KOSDAQ:A052770) from Shinian Inc for KRW 6.4 billion on June 28, 2018. Under the terms of the acquisition, 1.4 million shares will be acquired at KRW 4600 per share. Upon completion, Shinian Inc's stake in YD Online Corp. will decrease from 15.9% to 11.4%. Cloud Magic Co., Ltd. completed the acquisition of an additional 4.5% stake in YD Online Corp. (KOSDAQ:A052770) from Shinian Inc on June 29, 2018.
