On January 8, 2024, Irish Residential Properties REIT announced that it will commence a strategic review in the coming weeks as it seeks to ward off an attempted boardroom coup by an activist investor. In addition, the Company stated that in a circular issued to investors, the directors of the Company have also urged shareholders to vote against all resolutions put forward by Vision Capital at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders.
