UPDATE ON DIRECTOR'S INFORMATION

PURSUANT TO RULE 13.51B(2)

AND RULE 13.51(2)(a) OF THE LISTING RULES

This announcement is made by InvesTech Holdings Limited (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") pursuant of Rule 13.51B(2) and Rule 13.51(2)(a) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The board of directors of the Company ("Board") has been notified by Mr. Wong Tsu Wai, Derek (with his former name of Wong Tat Wai, Derek), an existing non-executive director of the Company ("Mr. Wong"), that Mr. Wong recently changed his name from Wong Tat Wai, Derek (王達偉) to Wong Tsu Wai, Derek (王佇維).

The Board has no further information on the abovementioned matter other than those set out above which is based on the information supplied by Mr. Wong, and the Board is of the opinion that such matter has or will have no adverse effect on the business and operations of the Group. Other than the above change, there is no update on the biography of Mr. Wong. For his biographical details, please refer to the announcement of the Company dated 1 August 2019.
