ACQUSITION OF ORDINARY SHARES BY CLIENTS OF ALLAN GRAY PROPRIETARY LIMITED ("ALLAN GRAY)
Investec Limited received formal notification on 24 December, 2012 that clients of Allan Gray have, in aggregate, acquired an interest in the Ordinary Shares such that the total interest in the Ordinary Shares held by Allan Gray's clients now amounts to 5.0299% of the total issued Ordinary Shares of Investec Limited.
