Invesco Office J-REIT, Inc. completed the acquisition of Kinshicho Prime Tower in Tokyo from Godo Kaisha Condor Property Silent Partnership Equity Interest.

Invesco Office J-REIT, Inc. (TSE:3298) executed an agreement to acquire Kinshicho Prime Tower in Tokyo from Godo Kaisha Condor Property Silent Partnership Equity Interest for approximately ¥15.1 billion on January 18, 2017. The payment will be made in full on completion. The transaction was financed through cash in hand from disposition of Harumi Island Triton Square Office Tower Z and borrowing of funds. The deal is expected to close on January 20, 2017. The Tanizawa Sogo Appraisal Co., Ltd. acted as appraiser for this transaction. Invesco Office J-REIT, Inc. (TSE:3298) completed the acquisition of Kinshicho Prime Tower in Tokyo from Godo Kaisha Condor Property Silent Partnership Equity Interest on January 20, 2017.
