Inventec Besta Co.,Ltd announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 215.616 million compared to TWD 286.135 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 22.763 million compared to TWD 3.389 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 13.673 million compared to net income of TWD 879,000 a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.22 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.01 a year ago.
INVENTEC BESTA Co., LTD. is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of computer dictionaries, leaning machines and related digital products. The Companyâs products mainly include game and learning machines, electronic components, integrated circuit (IC) cards, personal digital assistants (PDAs), global positioning system (GPS) products and audio products, among others. The Company is also engaged in the provision of related maintenance, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and original design manufacturer (ODM) services. The Company operates its business through four segments: Taiwan, Mainland sales, Mainland manufacture and others. The Company distributes its products mainly in Mainland China and Taiwan.
