Inventec Besta Co.,Ltd announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2019. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 349.333 million compared to TWD 458.216 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 13.348 million compared to TWD 18.174 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 2.735 million compared to TWD 24.703 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.04 compared to TWD 0.4 a year ago.
INVENTEC BESTA Co., LTD. is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of computer dictionaries, leaning machines and related digital products. The Companyâs products mainly include game and learning machines, electronic components, integrated circuit (IC) cards, personal digital assistants (PDAs), global positioning system (GPS) products and audio products, among others. The Company is also engaged in the provision of related maintenance, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and original design manufacturer (ODM) services. The Company operates its business through four segments: Taiwan, Mainland sales, Mainland manufacture and others. The Company distributes its products mainly in Mainland China and Taiwan.
