An undisclosed buyer agreed to acquire land property at Settsu City, Osaka from Inui Warehouse Co., Ltd. (TSE:9308) for ¥1.4 billion on February 23, 2012. The Board of Directors of Inui Warehouse passed a resolution for the transaction on February 23, 2012. The contract is expected to conclude on February 27, 2012 and the transfer of property is expected to be on March 30, 2012.

Inui Global Logistics Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the shipping business, the warehousing and transportation business, and the real estate business. The Company has three business segments. The International Shipping segment is engaged in the provision of freight transportation services by ships, and the ship leasing business. The Warehousing and Transportation segment is engaged in the warehousing business including ordinary warehousing and duty-unpaid cargo storage business, the document storage business that stores document boxes and fixtures in the warehouse, as well as the cargo transportation business including warehoused cargo transportation business and moving business.
