Just inaugurated prestigious office project Greenhouse Collection at the Singel, welcomes first tenants

At a prime location in Antwerp, Intervest delivers a state‐of‐the‐art renovation project of over 14.000 m² of future‐proof office space with a sustainable redevelopment.

Antwerp, 16 November 2022. Intervest Offices & Warehouses (hereafter Intervest) welcomes Kangaroot and Realis as the first tenants in the newly opened prestigious office project Greenhouse Collection at the Singel. This project is in line with the #connect2022 strategy which puts sustainable value creation with its own team first and translates in the office market into a reorientation towards more future‐oriented buildings in cities with a student population.

Kangaroot and Realis both occupy around 560 m² respectively and sign a 6/9 contract. Kangaroot will move in from the end of March 2023 and Realis has been renting since mid‐October 2022.

In addition to the classic facilities and services that can also be found in the existing Greenhouse hubs in Berchem, Diegem and Mechelen, such as co‐working, serviced offices and private offices, Greenhouse Collection goes one step further with a smart office environment and a smart meeting centre with extensive, premium‐level services led by a real master of services.

Of course we chose Greenhouse Collection because of its location, but mostly because the concept fits in with our new way of experiencing the office, where we "sit" less in the office, but explicitly come to the office to "experience" something. And so we also need a dynamic office building that matches this vision.
