According to the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/ 2022 of International Research Corporation Public Company Limited ("the Company") on March 1, 2022, it passed the resolutions to increase the registered capital of the Company by the amount of 58,874,883 baht from the original registered capital 206,650,838. 50 baht to be the registered capital of 265,525,721. 50 baht by issuing 117,749,766 newly issued ordinary shares at the par value of 0.50 baht to accommodate the conversion rights of the convertible debentures.

The Company has already registered the increase of paid-up capital in the amount of 5,291,005.00 baht from the amount of paid-up capital 250,089,837.50 baht, total paid-up capital 255,380,842.50 baht with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce on August 11, 2022 since Advance Opportunities Fund I, the convertible debenture holder exercised the right to convert the debentures to 10,582,010 ordinary shares.
