Hargreaves Lansdown plc confirmed that Deanna Oppenheimer, Chair of Hargreaves Lansdown, has been appointed as Non-Executive Director and Chair Designate of InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), effective 1 June 2022, to succeed Patrick Cescau as IHG's Non-Executive Chair.
