In regards to Inter Pharma Public Company Limited ("the Company") has offered 46,000,000 newly issued ordinary shares to the public, Initial Public Offering (IPO) at a par value of Baht 0.50 per share, at an IPO offering price of Baht 7 per share which totaling amount of Baht 322,000,000. After deducting expenses for the offering of securities, the balance is Baht 304,482,430. Up until December 31st, 2021, the capital has been used up at the amount of Baht 298,517,937

Hence, the Company would like to report the utilization of capital increased during January 1st - June 30th, 2022 as follows:
