MODEFINANCE ASSIGNS INNOVATEC A B1+ UPGRADE

INVESTMENT GRADE RATING

Milano, 1 agosto 2022 - Innovatec S.p.A. ("Innovatec" e/o "Società" e/o "Emittente"), quotata sul mercato Euronext Growth Milan ("EGM"), rende noto che, Modefinance, agenzia italiana di rating registrata presso l'ESMA, ha oggi assegnato il rating pubblico B1+ (Upgrade) al merito creditizio di Innovatec ai sensi del regolamento europeo 1060/2009. Tale valutazione - equivalente, sulla base del mapping vigente, a quella BBB+ delle principali agenzie di rating internazionali - rappresenta un punteggio più elevato ("due notch") rispetto a quello minimo necessario per considerare investment grade le emissioni della società.

L'Avv. Roberto Maggio, Amministratore Delegato di Innovatec, ha così commentato: " L'upgrade del rating da parte di Modefinance, oltre ad incrementare la capacità di attrarre nuovi investitori, è un ulteriore importante riconoscimento all'attività svolta e della validità del modello di business di Innovatec totalmente integrato nella Clean Technology".

Modefinance, prima Agenzia di Rating Fintech in Europa, da Luglio 2015 è registrata e ha ricevuto l'autorizzazione ad operare come Agenzia di Rating dall'ESMA, l'Autorità Europea degli Strumenti Finanziari e dei Mercati. L'attività di rating si compone dell'unione di due procedure: una puramente numerica ed una qualitativa. La prima si basa sull'impiego della metodologia MORE; la seconda vede coinvolti gli analisti del rating di Modefinance, responsabili dell'emissione e del monitoraggio dei rating.

Milan, 1 August 2022 - Innovatec S.p.A. ("Innovatec" and/or "Company" and/or "Issuer"), listed on the Euronext Growth Milan ("EGM") market, announces that Modefinance, an Italian rating agency registered with ESMA, has today assigned a B1+ (Upgrade) public rating to Innovatec's creditworthiness in accordance with European Regulation 1060/2009. This rating is equivalent, on the basis of the current mapping, to the BBB+ rating of the main international rating agencies.

Modefinance, the first Fintech Rating Agency in Europe, has been registered and authorised to operate as a Rating Agency by ESMA, the European Securities and Markets Authority, since July 2015. The rating activity consists of the combination of two procedures: a purely numerical one and a qualitative one. The first is based on the use of the MORE methodology; the second involves Modefinance's rating analysts, who are responsible for issuing and monitoring ratings.
