On September 3, 2020, Inmyshow Digital Technology (Group) Co., Ltd. closed the transaction. The company issued 127,327,327 shares at a price of CNY 16.65 per share for gross proceeds of CNY 2,119,999,994.55 in the transaction. The company paid issuance costs of CNY 48,120,120.01 in the transaction. As a result, company's share capital was increased by CNY 127,327,327 and the capital reserved was increased by CNY 1,944,552,547.54.
