Inabata & Co.,Ltd. (TSE:8098) agreed to acquire remaining 66.7% stake in Daigo Tsusho Co.,Ltd. from three individual shareholders on February 22, 2023. Pre acquisition Three individual shareholders holding 66.7%, Inabata & Co., Ltd holding 33.3%. Inabata acquiring 40,355 shares of Daigo Tsusho.
For the Fiscal year-end March 31, 2022, Daigo Tsusho has Net assets of ¥2.265 billion, Total assets of ¥5.094 billion, net sales of ¥8.587 bilion and Operating profit of ¥413 million. The transaction is expected to close on February 28, 2023.
