Imricor Medical Systems, Inc. announce that the Henry Dunant Hospital Centre in Athens, Greece is the latest institution to adopt Imricor's iCMR ablation solutions. The Company signed an Equipment and Disposable Pricing Agreement (Agreement) on 31 December, 2021 with the Henry Dunant Hospital Centre, making it the fourteenth Imricor site in Europe and the first in Greece. The Company will outfit an existing MR facility for iCMR procedures, which are expected to begin in the first quarter of 2022 under the direction of electrophysiologist Professor George Andrikopoulos.

The Agreement sets pricing for the one-time purchase of capital equipment needed to outfit an iCMR lab at the Henry Dunant Hospital Centre, including Imricor's Advantage-MR EP Recorder/Stimulator as well as other third-party equipment sold by Imricor. The Agreement also sets pricing for Imricor's single-use consumable devices, such as the Vision-MR Ablation Catheter. The Agreement was effective upon signing and has a term of 3 years from 31 December 2021.

Either party may terminate the Agreement at any time. The Agreement is significant as it is a key strategic goal of Imricor to grow the number of sites performing realtime iCMR cardiac ablation procedures in Europe. Planning is underway for procedures to commence in the first quarter of 2022.
