IL Science Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of 3rd unregistered coupon non-guaranteed private equity convertible bonds for gross proceeds of KRW 5,000,000,000 on August 5, 2021. The transaction will include participation from Time Folio KOSDAQ Venture It`s Time-MS No.2 Professional Investment Criminal Investment Trust for KRW 1,500,000,000, Ricoh ORUM Venture Business Specialized Investment Criminal Capital Investment Trust No. 3 for KRW 500,000,000, Ricoh ORUM Venture Business Specialized Investment Criminal Investment Trust No. 4 for KRW 500,000,000, JC Asset KOSDAQ Venture Specialist Investment Criminal Equity Investment Trust No. 9 for KRW, JC Asset KOSDAQ Venture Specialized Investment Criminal Equity Trust No.10, JC Asset KOSDAQ Venture Specialist Investment Criminal Equity Trust No.11 for KRW 1,000,000,000, Bogo Alpha Plus Public Offering Venture Company Specialized Investment Type Private Equity Trust No.4 for KRW 1,000,000,000, and Ricoh Asset Management Co., Ltd. for KRW 500,000,000. The debt maturity date is August 5, 2024. The notes carry an interest rate to maturity of 2%. The notes can be converted 1,330,494 shares at a price of KRW 3,758. The conversion period starts from August 5, 2022 and ends on July 5, 2024. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors. The securities issued will be subject to restriction period of one year.
