Roadstar Infra Investment Trust Fund and Roadstar Infra Private Limited entered into a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire remaining 14.5% stake in Moradabad Bareilly Expressway Limited from IL&FS Transportation Networks Limited for INR 1.05 billion on May 29, 2024. Consideration to be received in the form of allotment of 104,04,048 units of INR 100 each of RIIT to the Company and Remittance of INR 1,90,72,213 in cash to the account of the Company. Transaction is expected to complete on June 7, 2024.
