Notice: To Choose and Apply for "Prime Market" of the New Market Segments

Iida Group Holdings Co. Ltd., (hereafter "the Company") announces that it decided at the Board of Directors' meeting held today to choose and apply for "Prime Market" of the new market segments, which are being organized by Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (hereafter "TSE").

Please be advised the Company was notified on July 9, 2021, by TSE that it met in the base evaluation the new market segment's continued listing requirements for "Prime Market"

For smooth transition, the Company will proceed in accordance with the planned schedule and procedures by TSE for selecting a new market segment.

The Company will try its best for its sustainable growth and mid- to long-term increase in the corporate value.
