IGLOO SECURITY, Inc. (KOSDAQ:A067920) agreed to acquire 28.97% stake in Piolink, Inc. (KOSDAQ:A170790) from NHN Corporation (KOSE:A181710) for KRW 35 billion on October 26, 2021.
IGLOO SECURITY, Inc. (KOSDAQ:A067920) completed the acquisition of 28.97% stake in Piolink, Inc. (KOSDAQ:A170790) from NHN Corporation (KOSE:A181710) on October 29, 2021.
Igloo Corp, formerly Igloo Security Inc, is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the provision of security information and event management (SIEM) solution as well as managed security service (MSS).
