In March 2003, the Company sold its online media properties to Kingdom Ventures, Inc. iExalt provides psychiatric counseling services for senior citizens, earning healthcare revenues from the implementation and management of geriatric psychiatric programs for hospitals and other health facilities. iExalt also operates a Christian inpatient mental health management company.
