iCon Group Ltd (TASE:ICON) agreed to acquire 85% stake in Visual D.G.Ltd for ILS 80 million on January 12, 2022. Sharon Klein-Manbar, Raz Tepper, Ziv Schwartz, Sharon Madel-Artzy, Amit Bechler, Shay Barak, Hila Karmona and Shahaf Kazelnik of Fischer Behar Chen Well Orion & Co, and Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP acted as legal advisor to iCon Group Ltd in the transaction.
