Proposal

presenting the Shareholder ATPS - Sociedade Gestora de Participações Sociais, S.A. on item 2 of the Agenda for the Annual General Meeting on the 29th may 2024:

Considering that Ibersol SGPS, S.A., in the 2023 financial year, presented, according to the financial statements, a consolidated net profit of 15,413,686 euros and a net profit in the individual accounts of 37,098,448.20 euros, the following application of results is proposed:

Legal Reserve: 1,854,922.41 euros

Free Reserves: 14,063,737.29 euros

Dividends: 21,179,788.50 euros

The total amount of dividends to be distributed of 21,179,788.50 euros corresponds to the payment of a dividend of 0.50 euros per share. If the company holds own shares, the above allocation of €0.50 for each share in circulation will be maintained, reducing the overall amount of dividends paid.
