i3 Verticals, LLC announced that Marcus Smith has joined the company as Vice President of Risk and Operations. Smith brings 20 years of experience in the electronic payments industry to i3 Verticals. He most recently was with a large industry peer company, which he served for more than 15 years in a range of key positions, including Senior Vice President of Merchant Operations and Senior Vice President of Risk Management, in addition to managing high risk merchant portfolios. Smith began his career in the electronic payments industry in 1997.
i3 Verticals, Inc. builds, acquires, and grows software solutions in strategic vertical markets. The Company operates through two segments: Merchant Services and Software and Services. The Software and Services segment delivers vertical market software solutions to customers across all of its strategic vertical markets.
