I-Control Holdings Limited Appoints Wu Hung Yu as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Member of the Audit committee, Member of the Nomination Committee and Member of the Remuneration committee

i-Control Holdings Limited announced that Ms. Wu Hung Yu (Ms. Wu) has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director of the Company, a member of the audit committee, a member of the nomination committee and a member of the remuneration committee of the Board, all with effect from 3 March 2023. Ms. Wu, aged 42, is currently the financial controller of LVGEM (China) Real Estate Investment Company Limited, and is responsible for overseeing its financial and accounting matters. Ms. Wu has extensive experience in financial reporting, auditing, mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings in property development, catering services and trading and manufacturing industry.

She has previously worked in several international accounting firms during the period from 2003 to 2022. Ms. Wu obtained a bachelor's degree of arts in Accountancy from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2003 and has become a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 2008 and 2009, respectively.
