Hubei Jiuzhiyang Infrared System Co. Ltd. at its Extraordinary General Meeting held on November 26, 2021, approved election of Shen Yongliang, Shao Zheming, Zhang Zhijie, Jia Yu and Hong Pu as non-independent directors. The company also approved election of Qiao Xiaolin; Zhao Lihang and Pei Xiaoli as independent directors and election of Zhang Bo and Guo Liangxian as shareholder supervisors of the company.
