The Real Estate Related segment is engaged in the provision of real estate rental brokerage, non-life insurance and moving, real estate advertising, contract renewal work and agency of various services. The real estate rental brokerage business is engaged in the introduction of properties for customers who wish to move into rental real estate such as housing, parking lots and commercial facilities. In addition, it also handles advertisement placement requests for tenant recruitment, agency work for various services such as moving and non-life insurance and contract renewal work. Construction-Related segment includes related businesses such as restoration work, remodeling, and contract construction work.
