Hollywall Entertainment, Inc. acquired Acceleritas Corp (OTCPK:ALZH) in a reverse merger transaction in September 2013. As consideration, Acceleritas will issue 0.04 million shares of convertible preferred stock and 31 million shares of common stock of Acceleritas. Post acquisition, Hollywall Entertainment, Inc. will be managed by Darnell Sutton, serving as President and Chief Executive Officer.
