Well Rich International Co announced that it expects to receive TWD 200 million in funding from Highwealth Construction Corp.

Well Rich International Co announced a private placement of 20,000,000 shares at issue price of THB 10 per share for gross proceeds of THB 200 million on March 26, 2024. The transaction includes participation from returning investor Highwealth Construction Corp to retain its 100% stake in the company. The transaction has been approved at the board of directors of the investor.
