The Board of Directors of Hennessy Advisors, Inc. declared a quarterly dividend of $0.04 per share, which represents a 28% increase over the previous quarterly dividend. This quarterly dividend will be paid on March 10, 2014 to shareholders of record as of February 14, 2014.
