Health and Plant Protein Group Limited announced the appointment of two new Directors in Mr. Albert Tse and Mr. Hugh Robertson effective immediately. Mr. Tse has taken on the role of Executive Chairman, while Mr. Robertson has been appointed as an Independent, Non-Executive Director. These Board appointments follow Mr. Dennis Lin's decision to retire as Executive Chairman of the Company, following expiry of the current term under his executive contract.

Further, Mr. Andrew Bond has indicated his intention to retire at the conclusion of the 2022 Annual General Meeting to be held later this year, following which Mr. Bond will act as advisor to the Company, on terms no more favourable than his current engagement with the Company, until the end of 2022 to ensure a smooth transition. Albert Tse C.A. LLB., B.Bus: Albert is a founding partner of Wattle Hill Capital, a leading mid-market private equity fund based in Sydney. Prior to this Albert was the former Legal Representative of Macquarie Group in Beijing and led transactions including the historic $22.1 billion Hong Kong and Shanghai initial public offering of the Agricultural Bank of China in 2010.

Albert is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has been admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland. Hugh Robertson B.Ag.Sci (Hons)., B.Bus: Hugh has over 15 years of advisory and board experience across a range of industries including FMCG, Food and Agriculture, Technology and Financial and Professional Services. Hugh is currently a Director, Corporate Finance at Bell Potter Securities Ltd.
