HDC Hyundai Engineering Plastics Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A089470) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 1,000,000 shares. The purpose of the program is to enhancing shareholder value and stabilizing stock prices.
The program will expire on June 5, 2023. As of March 6, 2023, the company had 3,000,000 shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and had no shares in treasury through other repurchase.

The Company operates its business through three divisions: polypropylene (PP) division, polyethylene (PE) division and polystyrene (PS) division. Its PP division produces PP compounds, which are mainly used for automobile exteriors and interiors, as well as electrical and electronics products. Its PE division produces PE compounds, including thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV), adhesive PE, cross-linked PE, barrier PE, top coated PE and others, which are used for automobiles, cables, sanitary supplies and others. Its PS division produces general purpose PS, high impact PS and expandable PS.
