Haranga Resources Limited is an Australia-based multi-commodity company. The Company holds interests in a range of gold projects located in Cote d’Ivoire and Burkina Faso, and a uranium project in Senegal. The Company’s projects include Saraya uranium and Ibel South. The Saraya uranium project is a joint venture between the Company (70%) and Mandinga Resources SARL (30%) and relates to permit PR02208, which is located in East Senegal. The project area spans approximately 1,650 square kilometers (km2). The Ibel South permit lies within the Birimian Volcanics of the Kenieba inlier, which has reported in excess of 40 million ounces of gold in resources being mined or under development. The project lies approximately 80 kilometers (km) southwest of the 8.72 Moz Teranga Gold Corporation, Sabodala-Massawa gold mine (in production) and 30 km south of the 1.5 Moz Resolute Mining Mako gold mine (in production).
