Korea Exchange Bank, Investment Arm, Hana Bank, Investment Arm and a related party acquired 25.12% stake in The Hyundai Cement Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A006390) on June 18, 2014. Korea Exchange Bank, Investment Arm, Hana Bank, Investment Arm and a related party acquired 2.14 million shares of Hyundai Cement in the deal.
Korea Exchange Bank, Investment Arm, Hana Bank, Investment Arm and a related party completed the acquisition of 25.12% stake in The Hyundai Cement Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A006390) on June 18, 2014.
