Handsman Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:7636) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 1,000,000 shares, representing 6.51% of its share capital for ¥1,773 million. The shares will be repurchased at the stock price of ¥1,773 per share through the off-auction own share repurchase method. The company will repurchase its shares in order to aim for the improvement of capital efficiency and shareholder returns.
