HB Fuller Co. Announced earnings results for the fourth quarter ended December 1, 2018. For the fourth quarter, the company announced sales was USD 768.429 million compared to USD 678.200 million a year ago. Net income was USD 41.345 million compared to net loss of USD 6.907 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was USD 0.82 compared to basic loss per share of USD 0.14 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was USD 0.79 compared to diluted loss per share of USD 0.13 a year ago. For the full year, sales was USD 3,041.002 million compared to USD 2,306.043 million a year ago. Net income was USD 171.208 million compared to USD 59.418 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was USD 3.38 compared to USD 1.18 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was USD 3.29 compared to USD 1.15 a year ago.

Its Engineering Adhesives segment provides adhesives to the transportation, electronics, clean energy, aerospace and defense, performance wood, insulating glass, textile, appliance and heavy machinery markets. its Construction Adhesives segment manufactures and provides specialty adhesives, sealants, tapes, mortars, grouts, and application devices for commercial building roofing systems, heavy infrastructure projects, road/highway/airport transportation applications, building envelope applications, and others. The Company's product range consists of epoxy, cyanoacrylate, UV curable, anaerobic, and Vibra-Tite.
