Chen Weihao signed share transfer agreement to acquire 5% stake in Guangdong Xianglu Tungsten Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002842) for approximately CNY 130 million on March 17, 2021. Chen Weihao will acquire 13.7 million at CNY 9.25 per share. Post completion, Chen Weihao will hold 5% stake in Guangdong Xianglu Tungsten Co., Ltd.
