Jiang Baokun acquired Sincoo Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. from Guangdong Silver Age Sci & Tech Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300221) for CNY 9.5 million on December 19, 2019. The transaction has been approved by board of directors of Guangdong Silver Age Sci. Sincoo reported revenues of CNY 367.52 million, total assets of CNY 349.88 million, net loss of CNY 467.63 million and Total owner's equity of CNY 194.54 million.
