Group 6 Metals Limited is an Australia-based resources exploration and development company. The Company is focused on the redevelopment of its 100%-owned Dolphin Mine located on King Island, Tasmania. The Dolphin Tungsten Mine is located near the town of Grassy on the south-east coast of King Island, the most western large island in the Bass Strait between Victoria and Tasmania. The Dolphin Tungsten Mine hosts the highest-grade tungsten deposit of significant size in the western world. Scheelite (tungsten) within the Dolphin mining area occurs within carbonate-rich Mine Series rocks in close proximity to the Grassy Granite and against controlling faults. The Dolphin Tungsten Project has contracted to construct a processing plant onsite with an annual capacity of approximately 400,000 tons of feed ore. The Company has direct private access to the Port of Grassy, King Island, through which it will export tungsten concentrate to its offtake partners in Europe and the Unit.
