FURTHER DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR

Reference is made to the announcements of Green Leader Holdings Group Limited (the "Company") dated 22 July 2020 and 13 August 2020 (the "Announcements") in relation to, among other things, the connected transactions on the part of the Company in relation to the proposed issue of the Convertible Notes. Unless the context requires otherwise, capitalised terms used herein shall bear the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.

As disclosed in the Announcements, the circular (the "Circular") containing, among other things, further details of the Subscriptions, together with a notice convening the special general meeting of the Company, was expected to be despatched to the Shareholders on or before 14 September 2020.

As additional time is required to prepare and finalise certain information to be contained in the Circular, the despatch date of the Circular is expected to be postponed to a date on or before 30 September 2020.
