Great Harvest Maeta Group Holdings Limited announced that based on the preliminary assessment on the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the year ended 31 March 2020, the board of directors of the informed the shareholders of the Company and potential investors that the Group expects to record a consolidated loss for the year ended 31 March 2020 as compared with a consolidated profit for the year ended 31 Mach 2019. Such consolidated loss was mainly attributable to a reduction of the Group's revenue and an addition of impairment loss of the Group's vessels due to an adverse impact on dry bulk marine transportation market and charter rate of vessel under chain reaction of an outbreak and rapid spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
