Granite Construction has won a contract from the Colorado Department of Transportation to replace the Grand Avenue Bridge in Glenwood Springs. The total contract is worth $76 million, of which Sterling's portion is worth $37 million. The project will improve public safety, including emergency service response, and reliability of the bridge as a critical transportation route.
