One Asset Management Limited ("ONEAM") in the capacity as the REIT Manager of 
Grande Royal Orchid Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust with Buy-Back
Condition ("GROREIT") would like to inform that for the convenience of trust
unitholders to be able to consider information regarding the 2022 Annual General
Meeting of Trust Unitholders promptly, ONEAM has posted the invitation letter
of 2022 Annual General Meeting of Trust Unitholders and 2021 annual report with
attached documents on the company's website www.one-asset.com on 29 March 2022.
The 2022 Annual General Meeting of Trust Unitholders will be held on 29 April 
2022, at 2.00 PM by mean of electronic meeting (E-AGM) only without additional
arrangement for place/meeting venue.
